Before We Begin Upon arrival, we’ll discuss the scope of work to ensure the services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If adjustments are needed, we will recommend solutions. SkyTrak application and software must be downloaded prior to the technician arriving.
Setting Up Your SKYTRAK Studio We will install your studio in the room of your choice.
Connecting to SKYTRAK Device We’ll connect your device to the studio and verify the settings with your projector.
Professional Look All wires and cables will be neatly dressed, using wire ties as necessary.
Cleaning Up After the installation, we’ll clean the work area and remove any packaging from your products.
Important Notes to ensure your pro-session starts the moment our technicians arrive, we’ll provide a simple pre-arrival checklist to help you download the SKYTRAK™ software in advance. Quick setup in under 1 hour.
This service is only applicable to SKYTRAK ST MAX Studios.
Not Included: connecting audio components, advanced home theater setup, network adjustments or setup, TV mounting, PC configuration or troubleshooting, video card updates, concealing cables in walls, drilling access holes, additional HDMI or signal able runs, downloading/installing/setup/troubleshooting any software, hiding speaker wires or any custom wiring or mounting. Ceiling mount for a projector is not included.
The projector can only be mounted the included enclosure frame projector mount, tripod or floor stand.
Voice control setup beyond basic TV functionality, smart light integration, multi-device control commands or Harmony remote integration is not included. These can be purchased separately.
Additional charges may apply for travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation is completed.

What should I expect during the installation process?
During the installation process, a Geek Squad agent will arrive at your home to discuss the scope of work and ensure that the services purchased meet your needs. They will install your SKYTRAK Studio in the room of your choice, connect your SKYTRAK device to the studio, and verify settings with your projector. The agent will ensure all wires and cables are neatly dressed, using wire ties as necessary. After the installation, they will clean up the work area and remove any packaging from your products.
Are there any additional services not included in the standard installation?
Yes, the standard installation does not include connecting audio components, advanced home theater setup, network setup, TV mounting, concealing cables in walls, drilling access holes, hiding speaker wires, or any custom wiring or mounting. It also does not include voice control setup beyond basic TV functionality, smart light integration, multi-device control commands, or Harmony remote integration. These additional services are not necessary to the studio setup but can be purchased separately if needed.
What if I need to reschedule my installation appointment?
If you need to reschedule your installation appointment, please contact Geek Squad as soon as possible. You will receive an email with instructions for coordinating your installation after your purchase, which will include details on how to reschedule if necessary. Please note that additional charges may apply for travel beyond installation coverage areas, and service returns cannot be accepted after the installation is completed.
