1. Giveaway Overview

This promotion ("Promotion") is offered by GOLFTEC ST LLC ("SKYTRAK"). Eligible SKYTRAK Members who submit the entry survey during the Promotion Period will be entered for a chance to win one (1) Bushnell A-1 Slope Blue Rangefinder, ARV $299.99 USD, subject to these Giveaway Terms.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid for eligible Members who submit a qualifying entry survey between 12:00am MT on July 10, 2026, and 11:59pm MT on July 19, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to:

• Active SKYTRAK Members at the time of entry
• Individuals who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees of SKYTRAK and their immediate family members are excluded from eligibility.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry into the Promotion, an eligible Member must:

1. Submit the entry survey at https://www.skytrakgolf.com/pages/bushnell-rangefinder-giveaway during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per eligible Member. Multiple survey submissions or attempts to submit duplicate entries will not increase odds of winning and may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The winner will receive:

• One (1) Bushnell A-1 Slope Blue Rangefinder
• Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $299.99 USD

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. SKYTRAK reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by SKYTRAK within three days following the end of the Promotion Period.

The selected winner will be notified using the contact information provided in their entry survey submission. If the selected winner does not respond within three business days or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Fulfillment Responsibility & Data Sharing Consent

The prize will be fulfilled and shipped directly by Bushnell Golf. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to SKYTRAK sharing their name, contact information, and shipping address with Bushnell Golf for processing and fulfilling the winner's order.

SKYTRAK is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or issues arising from incorrect contact or shipping information provided by the winner.

All manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by Bushnell Golf.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree:

• To be bound by these Giveaway Terms
• That SKYTRAK may verify eligibility and entry compliance
• That any attempt to manipulate or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may result in disqualification
• That their information may be shared with Bushnell Golf as described in Section 7 above

SKYTRAK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, consistent with applicable law.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
