The West course at Wentworth is world famous and arguably the best inland course in Great Britain. This beautiful heathland course is a stern test of golf from the back tees but there are easier options available. As the course winds it's way through the trees and heather, you tread the same ground as some of the greatest legends of golf - Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Greg Norman, Seve Ballersteros, Nick Faldo and Rory Mellroy have all won here.
Favor position over power on this par 4. A narrow green and water hazards make a controlled approach especially important. Watch the rollout beyond the fairway bank. Aim for a central target rather than overcorrecting away from the water and leaving a difficult recovery. Par is a good result here.
