Pennard is a classic rugged links course situated 200ft above sea level leading to it being known as "The Links in the Sky." It is blessed with free draining ground, which remains playable all year round with tight lies, running fairways and firm fast greens.
Pennard’s 16th is a par 5 that turns sharply to the right toward a fast, sloping and wind-exposed green. Aim the tee shot at the marker pole, which opens up a broad section of fairway and presents the choice between attacking in two or laying up.
