SKYTRAK also requires that no VPN software be installed on your system in order to connect properly.
Why did you change your Software Plans?
We made it more simplistic to get the right package for you. Instead of having to purchase each component individually, we've created bundles, so you only have to purchase one plan instead of 3. Also, all expiration dates will now be aligned.
How do I renew my Membership Plan?
If you had a previous plan you can log in to Clubhouse and turn on auto-renew. If you are purchasing a new plan, you have the option to select auto-renew. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going into your Clubhouse portal or by contacting customer service
What’s the value of upgrading to Elite Membership?
With our Elite Membership, you're getting our full Course Play library as well as an opportunity to experience more than just SKYTRAK. It will be paired with a number of discounts on the GOLFTEC side as well as on any accessories you may want to purchase in the future. We have a great software roadmap that will also be bringing new functionality to your SKYTRAK 2026.
It says I get a discount by having a certain level membership. How do I redeem it?
You will be able to request a promo code inside of Clubhouse which will automatically be linked to ProShop where you can make your purchase.
How many discounts do I get towards a GOLFTEC Swing Evaluation?
You can only use your discount one time towards your Swing Evaluation as we only offer one Swing Evaluation to any and all of our GOLFTEC students.
How many discounts do I get for SKYTRAK Shop or GOLFTEC Services?
Customers can use these discounts for the life of their membership.
